The company is situated over 9.23 Acers of land and has recently completed its expansion and modernisation project to adopt latest technology and installed state of art equipment for enhancing the production capacity as well as product quality, with following facilities .
The capacity is enhanced to 3000 Mt/Month having separate batching & mixing facility for DBMC & FRT (Normal Basic) production with following Mixing machines.
Counter Current Inclined Mixer Machine (CCIM) 1000 Liters: 3 numbers .
Muller Mixers (CCM) 750 Liters: 3 numbers .
Plant is now capable of pressing 2500 Mt/Month of Brick with following Press Equipment.
Electric Screw Press 630 TON: 2 numbers.
Friction Screw Press 400 TON: 3 numbers .
Friction Screw Press 150 TON: 5 numbers.
A 1500 Mt/Month Dryer with Hot Air Generator is installed for brick drying which can be converted to Tempering Kiln in case3 of requirement.
Two numbers of Tunnel Kilns are in operation.
Tunnel Kiln-1: Operating temperature 1700oC, with 1200 TPM Capacity.
High Temperature Tunnel Kiln: Operating temperature 1850oC, with 1200 TPM Capacity.
Production facility for production of 900 Mt/Month is established with Storage facilities for different Quality Castable and Lab Facility for testing and Quality Control of Monolithic Products.
We have 3 numbers of Mill house equipped with Jaw Crusher, Impact Mills & Ball Mills for catering separately for Basic Products as well as High Alumina Synthetic Raw material processing.
Grinding Facility :
3 numbers of Continuous Ball mills of 1.5 Mt/Hr. capacity with Air Classifiers are installed for fine grinding.
Out of above 3 Ball Mills, 2 Ball Mills are equipped with additional Cyclone Separator facility for production of fines up to 500 mess.
1 Batch type Ball is installed for manufacturing of Synthetic Raw Materials.
2 numbers of Magnetic Separator with 10000 Gauss Magnet installed for High Alumina Materials.
1 Independent Magnet Circuit is installed to cater to any additional requirements of TRL Krosaki.
Koshal is having Shrink Packing facility for ensuring safe transportation of products.
Facility developed for processing of 5000 Mt/Month of Refractory Grog with following Equipment.
For Screening all incoming Mock to separate mock from good material a Mechanised Screening system with Belt Conveyer is installed.
3 numbers of DD Kilns of 800 to 1000 Mt/Month Capacity each are installed firing carbon containing Grog.
Facility developed for beneficiation of Refractory Raw Material & Grog with following Equipment.
Aqueous washing facility with high pressure water Jet is installed for washing of 90% Al2O3 Spinel Grog, with provision of storage and recirculation of water.
Acid Leaching is installed for Castable and Spiral Washing facility developed for DBMC grog with water recycling facility.
Rotary dryer is installed for drying 600 Mt/Month washed grog and other wet material during rainy season.
