Fortis Chemicals launched in the year 2011, is engaged in manufacturing of various industrial chemicals such as Synthetic Phenolic Resin, Specialty Chemicals, Alternate Fuel and OLEO.
This company started at Jharsuguda (Odisha) as a technology partner of TRL Krosaki Refractories (then the Tata Refractories Ltd) to furnish their requirements of specialty chemicals and resin products for their basic refractories, dolomite refractories, flow control products and tap hole clay products.
With a strong R&D backup, we could develop and furnish to TRL, a number of innovative products as well as import substitute, thereby giving them huge techno commercial benefits. With these credentials, the company entered the business of Phenolic Resins and OLEO Chemicals.
Jai Hanuman Udyog Limited is a 200 Tons per Day Sponge Iron Plant located at Jharsuguda, Odisha (India). Acquired by our group in 2017, the plant erects over 60 acres of land with 2 Rotary Kilns of 100 TPD capacity each, strong to employ around 200 persons, the plant is well connected through air, rail, road (NH & SH).
Acquired in 2019 and spread over 25 acres, this is a 5-Megawatt Power Solar Power Plant that has entered an agreement with GRIDCO for transmitting power .
BR Steel & Power Private Limited is a 0.15 million tons per annum Steel manufacturing capacity with 20-Megawatt captive Power plant located at Sambalpur in the state of Odisha. Spread over 165 acres of land, with an employ strength of 800, the company consists of experienced engineers for plant operations and project implementation.
