Founded in Rajasthan
Koshal Ceramics was established in Rajasthan with a vision to manufacture reliable and high-quality fire clay refractories for India's growing industrial sector. Guided by a commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction, the company laid the foundation for a legacy built on quality and long-term partnerships.
Scaling Production
Growing demand from the steel and cement sectors prompted a major expansion of the works. Additional kiln capacity and a dedicated shaping line moved the company beyond its single-kiln origins, allowing larger campaign orders to be met without compromising the consistency customers had come to rely on.
Quality Systems Formalised
An in-house testing laboratory was commissioned and quality management was brought under a formal, audited system. Physical, chemical and thermal checks became part of every production stage rather than a final inspection, establishing the batch-level traceability that underpins the company's supply agreements today.
Research & Modernisation
A dedicated R&D centre opened alongside a programme of plant modernisation, focused on custom monolithic formulations and lower-emission firing. The investment extended the product range into bespoke engineered solutions while supporting service to industrial customers across more than fifteen states.
